Fletcher Ellingson is committed to the people in his life experiencing their power and creating fulfilling lives. He speaks on the unseen forces which influence our every thought, every decision, every action and therefore determine the quality of every area of our lives.  Enabling people to see what is truly running their thinking and decision making affords them access to new tools, new actions and new results. Ultimately they get to experience a new freedom to live their life from a position of empowerment.

The most exciting thing for him is witnessing people engaging the game of life, going for their dreams, facing their fears, admitting their faults, falling down, crying, laughing, getting back up and continuing on. He loves to see what a person becomes when they take responsibility for their entire life and get into action! He can't wait to be a part of that for you, too!

What else? He loves to dance, sing, play piano, drums and enjoys staying active running, swimming, biking, tennis, skiing, you name it! He considers himself the luckiest guy in the world to have the woman of his dreams as his life partner.

Dr. Amy Ellingson has been practicing full-spectrum Family Medicine at the Lake Chelan Clinic since 2002.  She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame, medical degree from Loyola Stritch School of Medicine in Chicago and completed her Family Medicine Residency in Billings, MT.  Her practice provides a lot of variety which she thoroughly enjoys.  Besides the medical interest, the aspect she finds most rewarding about her practice are the relationships she builds with patients and their families.  What a gift it is to take care of someone for over a decade and often times to take care of 3 generations of one family.

Outside of work, Dr. Hutton's main focus is on her family.  Raising kids in a small town is such a joy, especially with all of the natural beauty in the Chelan area.  Her other interests include exercise, healthy cooking, reading and travel.  When working with patients, Dr. Ellingson focuses on what is truly important to each individual.  It is exciting when she can help someone truly feel well.

Through many years of experience she knows that to make people feel well again with lifestyle-related illness like Type 2 Diabetes, Hypertension and Obesity- they need to be empowered to make their own personal changes.  Medication will make numbers look better, but it is frequently not the path to the patient experiencing health and wellness.  She can't wait to meet you at Diabetes Smackdown!

Dr. Ellingson also specializes in Bio-Identical Hormone Therapy.  Visit www.takingonhealth.com to learn more.
